Job summary

CATL invites you to join our team for overseas energy storage projects across SEA. You will collect and analyze technical requirements, communicate with clients, and design ESS solutions based on needs. The role involves reading English technical specs and contributing to bidding documents.

Preferred candidates have 5+ years in energy projects, familiarity with microgrid ESS development, and strong skills in needs analysis, client management, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage grid, mechanical and automation, or other science and engineering majors.
• Familiar with renewable energy generation systems or power transformation/distribution systems.
• Experience in microgrid energy storage system development and grid-forming PCS technology.
• Familiar with overseas energy storage project development processes and requirements.
• Preference for 5+ years of energy project experience (storage, PV, power generation).
• Ability to read English technical specs and papers; proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Strong user needs analysis and customer relationship management skills; excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, execution, and logical thinking.

1、Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or other science and engineering majors；

2、Familiar with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems；

3、Experience in microgrid energy storage system development, familiar with grid-forming PCS (Power Conversion System) technology；

4、Familiar with the development processes and requirements of energy storage projects in overseas regions；

5、Priority given to those with 5 years or more of experience in energy project (energy storage, photovoltaic, power generation, etc.) ；

6、Ability to read various English technical specifications and papers, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing；

7、Excellent user needs analysis capabilities and customer relationship management skills;

8、Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, presentation skills, execution ability, and logical thinking skills.
