Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a technically proficient sales professional to promote and sell maintenance, calibration and after-sales service contracts to industrial customers.

You will manage existing customers, generate quotations, follow up on leads to hit sales targets, and collaborate with service engineers and internal sales teams. A Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline and 2–5 years in technical sales or B2B account management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in technical sales, service sales or B2B account management.
• Experience selling maintenance or service contracts is an advantage.
• Background in industrial equipment, instrumentation or engineering solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell maintenance, calibration and after-sales service contracts
• Manage existing customers and identify contract renewal opportunities
• Generate quotations, follow up on leads and achieve sales targets
• Identify opportunities to upgrade or expand existing service agreements
• Conduct customer visits and maintain relationships
• Work closely with service engineers and internal sales teams
