Job summary

Ademco (Far East) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Service & Maintenance Manager to oversee the end-to-end service and maintenance workflow, and to be the front-line contact for client representatives on related issues.

You will lead a team of service members, develop service plans, allocate resources, track milestones, and drive opportunities to increase client satisfaction while understanding each client's business objectives.

Qualifications

• Min Nitec diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 3 years' experience.
• Hands-on security systems experience is essential (ISE, access control, CCTV).
• Experience in system configuration and integration with third-party systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service and maintenance workflow end-to-end.
• Serve as front line contact with client representatives on service/maintenance issues.
• Lead a service team and manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations.
• Prepare service scopes and develop service plans, define resource loading and milestones.
• Ensure timely delivery and completion of maintenance commitments to clients.
• Capitalize on opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
