Job summary

Bombardier, a global leader in aircraft manufacturing, is seeking an experienced avionics technician for Singapore. You will troubleshoot aircraft systems, provide technical guidance, and prepare precise reports.

The role includes leading meetings with internal and external resources to resolve issues hindering return to service. The ideal candidate has a College Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance (Avionics), at least five years in interior/green aircraft problem-solving, strong English

Qualifications

• College Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance (Avionics).
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of aircraft systems for Challengers and Global Express (avionics knowledge on other Bombardier products considered).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in problem solving in the Interior and Green Aircraft domain.
• Customer focused with strong English communication skills to liaise with French-speaking clients (spoken and written).
• AME license or equivalent (an asset).
• Available for off-site assignments at short notice.
• Proficient with MS Office programs.
• Available to work days, evenings, nights and weekends on rotation.

• Support Business Aircraft customers and Field Service Representatives by troubleshooting, providing technical guidance and making technical recommendations on aircraft systems.

• Lead meetings with other internal and/or external resources to resolve issues affecting the return to service of the aircraft.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

• You have a College Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance (Avionics).
• You have comprehensive technical knowledge and experience of aircraft systems for the Challengers and the Global Express (candidates with avionics technical knowledge on other Bombardier products will also be considered)
• You have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in problem solving in the Interior and the Green Aircraft domain.
• You are customer focused and have strong English communication skills to liaise with French-speaking clients. (spoken and written).
• You have an AME license or equivalent (an asset).
• You must be available for off-site assignments at short notice
• You are comfortable using MS Office Programs.
• You are available to work days, evenings, nights and weekends on rotation.
