Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in technical project or program management within complex enterprise environments.
• End-to-end delivery experience across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, manufacturing or operational systems, and systems integration.
• Ability to convert ambiguous strategic objectives into practical plans with milestones, dependencies, governance, and outcomes.
• Leadership of cross-functional, geographically distributed, and blended internal-external delivery teams.
• Experience managing vendors and systems integrators through statements of work, fixed-price or outcome-based engagements, commercial controls, quality measures, and executive escalation.
• Strong financial management capability, including forecasting, budget control, variance management, and change control.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical and delivery matters in clear, business-focused language and frame options, risks, and trade-offs for decision-making.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, delivery dashboards, or comparable project and collaboration tools.

The Technical Project / Program Manager is a hands‑on senior delivery leader responsible for driving complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives from planning through implementation and stabilisation. The role leads blended teams of internal specialists, contingent resources, vendors, and systems integrators, with clear accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in technical project or program management within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven end‑to‑end delivery experience across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, manufacturing or operational systems, and systems integration.
• Strong ability to convert ambiguous strategic objectives into practical plans with defined milestones, dependencies, governance, and outcomes.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional, geographically distributed, and blended internal‑external delivery teams.
• Experience managing vendors and systems integrators through statements of work, fixed‑price or outcome‑based engagements, commercial controls, quality measures, and executive escalation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology initiatives in regulated, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, or multi‑domain environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or an equivalent project or program management certification.
• Experience establishing delivery excellence practices across internal teams and external delivery partners.
• Exposure to data‑driven, automated, or AI‑enabled delivery reporting and optimisation.

• Predictable delivery against agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business outcomes.
• Early identification and resolution of risks, dependencies, capacity constraints, and decision blockers.
• Clear, reliable reporting that supports timely executive decisions and stakeholder confidence.
