New York Global Consultants Inc. (NYGCI) in Singapore seeks a Technical Project Manager to oversee a Dell-based technology consulting portfolio for local clients, blending hands-on delivery with governance to ensure high-quality, profitable outcomes while meeting Singapore's regulatory and security requirements.

You will drive Dell solution delivery, manage multiple engagements, mentor junior staff and coordinate cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum or Kanban methods to maximize business

Qualifications

• Must be based in Singapore and eligible to work locally.
• Hold relevant Singapore government security clearance or eligible.
• 4–6+ years delivering technology consulting projects.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/engineering or related field.
• Fluent in English, strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive Dell Solution Delivery – plan, design, implement and integrate Dell platforms.
• Own Consulting Portfolio – manage engagements, monitor schedule, budget, scope and client KPIs, mentor juniors.
• Provide End to End Governance – manage lifecycle with RACI, change control and issue escalation.
• Lead Client Interactions – run workshops, executive briefings and status updates.
• Deliver Business Value – perform ROI analyses and value realization plans.
• Coordinate Cross Functional Teams – align Dell engineers, SI, developers and QA using Agile/Scrum/Kanban.
• Control Risks & Finances – identify risks, manage procurement and invoicing to protect profitability.
• (Optional) Lead Emerging Tech Initiatives – run AI/ML or analytics pilots on Dell infrastructure.
