Qualifications

• Must be based in Singapore and eligible to work locally.
• Hold relevant Singapore government security clearance or eligible.
• 4–6+ years delivering technology consulting projects.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/engineering or related field.
• Fluent in English, strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive Dell Solution Delivery – plan, design, implement and integrate Dell platforms.
• Own Consulting Portfolio – manage engagements, monitor schedule, budget, scope and client KPIs, mentor juniors.
• Provide End to End Governance – manage lifecycle with RACI, change control and issue escalation.
• Lead Client Interactions – run workshops, executive briefings and status updates.
• Deliver Business Value – perform ROI analyses and value realization plans.
• Coordinate Cross Functional Teams – align Dell engineers, SI, developers and QA using Agile/Scrum/Kanban.
• Control Risks & Finances – identify risks, manage procurement and invoicing to protect profitability.
• (Optional) Lead Emerging Tech Initiatives – run AI/ML or analytics pilots on Dell infrastructure.

Job description

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to deliver Dell solutions and oversee a portfolio of technology consulting engagements for Singapore based clients. The role blends hands on technical delivery with portfolio level governance, ensuring high quality, profitable outcomes while meeting Singapore specific regulatory and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1.Drive Dell Solution Delivery – Plan, design, implement and integrate Dell EMC storage, PowerEdge servers, VxRail, networking and cloud platforms; enforce Dell best practice architectures and licensing.

2.Own Consulting Portfolio – Manage multiple concurrent engagements, monitor schedule, budget, scope and client satisfaction KPIs, and mentor junior PMs/consultants.

3.Provide End to End Governance – Control the full project lifecycle (discovery → post Go Live) and apply RACI, change control and issue escalation processes.

4.Lead Client Interactions – Conduct workshops, executive briefings and status updates; translate business goals into technical roadmaps and Dell proposals.

5.Deliver Business Value – Produce ROI analyses, value realization plans and reusable playbooks/templates that showcase Dell technology benefits.

6.Coordinate Cross Functional Teams – Align Dell engineers, system integrators, developers and QA using Agile/Scrum, Kanban or hybrid methods.

7.Control Risks & Finances – Identify/mitigate technical risks, manage hardware procurement, budgets and invoicing to protect portfolio profitability.

8.(Optional) Lead Emerging Tech Initiatives – Run AI/ML, analytics or automation pilots on Dell infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

Residency: Must be based in Singapore and eligible to work locally.

Government ClearanceL:Hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant Singapore government security clearance (e.g., SG Clearance, SC, etc.).

Consulting Experience 4 6 + years delivering and overseeing technology consulting projects (professional services, systems integration, or similar).

Language: Full professional fluency in English (written & spoken).

Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Dell servers, storage, networking, hyper converged systems and general IT architectures (cloud, virtualization, data protection).

Methodologies Hands on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and/or Waterfall.

Education bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
