Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support or lead infrastructure projects from requirements through acceptance, service launch and handover to operations.

You will keep delivery plans on track and align teams, vendors and stakeholders around a shared outcome. The role covers data centres, servers/storage, networks, cloud, and GPU/AI infrastructure, with close collaboration across engineering, security and business units to ensure successful delivery and smooth

Qualifications

• 1+ years supporting/managing infrastructure projects with hands-on delivery in data centres, servers/storage, networks, cloud or GPU/AI.
• Solid project management fundamentals: scheduling, dependency management, risk/change control, vendor coordination, handover planning.
• Able to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams without direct line authority.
• Clear written and verbal communication with sound judgement on trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Work with business units, architects, engineers and operations teams to define scope, outcomes, dependencies and acceptance criteria
• Support proposals and RFP responses with delivery feasibility, timelines, resource assumptions and risks
• Build and maintain project plans covering milestones, critical paths, procurement dependencies, vendor commitments, testing, change windows, cutover and handover
• Coordinate domain owners on data centre setup and commissioning, power and cooling readiness, server and storage deployment, network changes, or GPU/cloud rollouts, depending on the project
• Track risks, issues and changes, resolve or escalated blockers, and plan maintenance windows and rollback
• Coordinate testing, operational readiness, documentation and acceptance, then hand the launched service over to the right operations team
• Run project reviews and status updates through to launch

About the team

Our client is a leading regional technology group. Its Infrastructure team provides end-to-end managed infrastructure services across data centres, connectivity, cloud, networking, systems, storage and security, supporting the Group's internal business units.

The role

As a Technical Project Manager, you will support or lead infrastructure projects from requirements through acceptance, service launch and handover to operations. You will keep delivery plans on track and align teams, vendors and stakeholders around a shared outcome. For customer-facing work, you may also contribute delivery input during solution and proposal development.

What you'll do

• Work with business units, architects, engineers and operations teams to define scope, outcomes, dependencies and acceptance criteria
• Support proposals and RFP responses with delivery feasibility, timelines, resource assumptions and risks
• Build and maintain project plans covering milestones, critical paths, procurement dependencies, vendor commitments, testing, change windows, cutover and handover

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 1+ years supporting or managing technology or infrastructure projects, with hands-on delivery exposure in at least one of: data centres, servers or storage, networks, cloud platforms, or GPU/AI infrastructure
• Solid project management fundamentals: scheduling, dependency management, risk and change control, vendor coordination, acceptance and handover planning
• Able to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams without direct line authority
• Clear written and verbal communication, with sound judgement on trade-offs
