Epergne Solutions in Singapore seeks an accomplished Data Center Technical Project Manager to oversee end-to-end data center migration, infrastructure transformation and colocation initiatives. You will plan, coordinate vendors, mitigate risks and ensure delivery with minimal business disruption.

Responsibilities include leading migration strategies, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration across infrastructure, networks, and operations to optimize costs and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in data center projects.
• Experience with data center migration, RFI/RFP, vendor negotiation and colocation.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR or similar compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data center migration and colocation projects.
• Develop migration strategies, project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans and migration waves.
• Assess existing data center environments and define target-state requirements.
• Manage infrastructure relocation, network cutovers, validation and transition activities.
• Lead RFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluations, technical assessments and selection activities.
• Coordinate colocation contract reviews and vendor negotiations covering SLAs, pricing, compliance, scalability and exit provisions.
• Identify project risks, dependencies and constraints and implement mitigation and rollback plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional infrastructure, network, application, operations, procurement and business teams.
• Track project progress, budgets, KPIs, risks and vendor performance and provide management updates.
• Support TCO analysis, budgeting, forecasting and cost optimization.
• Maintain project documentation, governance records and lessons learned.

Role Overview:-

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end data center migration, infrastructure transformation and colocation initiatives. Skills & Requirements:-

• Bachelor?s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in data center migration, infrastructure transformation or colocation projects.
• Proven experience managing data center migration, RFI/RFP, vendor negotiation and colocation/lease activities.
• Strong understanding of servers, storage, networking, data center operations and cloud integration.
• Working knowledge of network architecture and data center power/cooling infrastructure.
• Experience with MS Project, JIRA and/or ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR or similar compliance frameworks.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and risk-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional teams within deadlines.
