Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Engineer/Manager to lead technical projects from planning through handover. You will plan schedules, monitor progress, coordinate teams, and liaise with clients and consultants to ensure requirements are met.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in engineering or related fields and 2–3 years of project engineering/management experience. Islandwide work location and career progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

At least 2–3 years of relevant project engineering / project management experience.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project documentation.
Experience coordinating project teams, contractors, vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned technical projects from planning to testing, commissioning and handover.
Plan and monitor project schedules, resources and progress to ensure timely completion.
Lead and coordinate project teams, contractors, vendors and clients throughout execution.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams on project requirements and site activities.
Review specifications, drawings and layouts to ensure requirements are implemented.
Coordinate site installation and resolve issues affecting progress.
Monitor deliverables and quality, taking corrective actions as needed.
Conduct project meetings and progress reviews with stakeholders.
Oversee testing, commissioning, system acceptance and handover activities.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and progress reports.
