Job summary

ea recruitment pte. ltd. is seeking a capable Project Engineer/Manager to lead technical projects from planning through handover across island-wide sites in Singapore. You will plan schedules, coordinate teams, review drawings, liaise with clients and vendors, and ensure on-time delivery with quality.

Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience and a degree in engineering or related fields are encouraged to apply. Excellent welfare and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, or related disciplines.
• 2–3 years of project engineering/PM experience.
• Candidates ready to step up from Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer/Assistant PM are encouraged to apply.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned technical projects from planning, site implementation and installation through testing, commissioning and handover.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, work programmes, resources and overall progress to ensure timely completion.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, contractors, vendors and other relevant parties.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams on project requirements and site activities.
• Review project specifications, drawings and layouts to ensure requirements are met.
• Coordinate site installation works and resolve technical or site-related issues impacting progress.
• Monitor deliverables and quality, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Conduct project meetings and progress reviews with stakeholders.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, system acceptance and handover.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and progress reports.

Education

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related disciplines
