Job summary

You will serve as the main bridge between senior management and engineering/vendor teams to ensure milestones are met and deliveries stay on schedule. CAD familiarity is a plus and adaptability is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any Engineering discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; CAD experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to quickly grasp technical workflows and project dependencies.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and changing requirements inherent to building new verticals.
• Confident in following up with senior engineers, technical leads, and external vendors to keep projects moving.

Responsibilities

• Technical project tracking with dashboards and action items.
• Bridge between senior management and engineering/vendor teams to meet milestones.
• Organize technical project folders, compile data, take detailed meeting minutes during engineering syncs, and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and fabrication vendors to track component delivery.
