Job summary

Autodesk, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead Regionalization and Developer Enablement infrastructure in a fast-moving cloud environment. You will coordinate across engineering, security, compliance, and product teams to ensure secure, scalable delivery of new compliance regions and platform capabilities.

This role demands strong technical depth, execution discipline, and excellent communication to align priorities, manage risk, and drive outcomes in ambiguous situations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years delivering complex cross-team initiatives in fast-paced technical environments.
• 3+ years in a TPM, PM, software architect, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and distributed systems (APIs/services on AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead new-region build-out programs, incl. infrastructure readiness and cross-team execution.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Developer Enablement infrastructure for platform adoption and productivity.
• Build and maintain integrated delivery plans with milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Drive forecasting, tracking, and executive-friendly status reporting.
• Align stakeholders across engineering, security, compliance, product, and platform teams.
• Champion Agile/Lean delivery and lead retrospectives for continuous improvement.
• Identify risks, remove impediments, and drive automated visibility and repeatability.
