Job summary

Google Singapore is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Debug project to lead complex, multi-disciplinary mosquito rearing and release programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, biology, and operations, plan requirements, manage risks, and track project schedules to drive delivery.

As TPM, you will translate technical tradeoffs for executives and work with partners to ensure programs align with global objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of technical program management experience.
• Experience in planning, governance including budgeting and stakeholder communication.
• Experience integrating release programs with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and oversee end-to-end mosquito rearing and release programs with partners.
• Track timelines, allocate resources, and align projects with goals.
• Develop budget plans, metrics, and performance tracking.
• Translate requirements and bridge business needs with engineering.
• Identify workflows and optimize team communication for efficiency.
