Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, operations, or a related technical field.
• 5 years of experience in technical program management or related disciplines.
• Experience in planning, technical operations, and program governance including budgeting, stakeholder communication, execution of cross-functional plans.
• Experience managing and integrating release programs while working with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build and oversee end-to-end mosquito rearing and release programs in collaboration with governments, mosquito control districts, institutional partners and community representatives.
• Be responsible for running and overseeing multiple projects including tracking timelines and project deliverables, resource allocation, and aligning projects with overall organisational goals.
• Develop robust strategic insights, measurement criteria, budget plan and performance tracking to achieve successful program implementation and long-term business goals.
• Translate complex technicalities, gather requirements and bridge the gap between business objectives and engineering/technical teams.
• Identify technical workflows and establish effective team communication to optimize effectiveness and efficiency of resources and processes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Master's degree or other advanced degree in a relevant field
