Job summary

Bitdeer Energy Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the development and execution of Bitcoin Mining and AI/HPC datacenter infrastructure.

You will maintain project schedules, assist in financial reconciliations, and coordinate communications between internal teams and external vendors. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years of coordination/administrative experience in construction, engineering or tech environments.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel) and exposure to project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule coordination: maintain master schedules, coordinate updates from subcontractors and vendors, track milestones, and schedule meetings across time zones.
• Financial & payment support: manage invoice reconciliation, track budgets, and assist with forecasts and cost-to-complete reports.
• Administrative excellence: maintain project documentation, permits, drawings, change orders, agendas, minutes, and file storage per compliance.
• Vendor liaison: act as a point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers for onboarding and insurance compliance.
• Reporting support: consolidate data to draft clear project status reports for leadership.
• Site support: assist with on-site logistics and ensuring resources and documentation for safety and quality.
• Document control: manage filing/distribution of technical specs and submittals.
