Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to lead Kubernetes operations for large GPU workloads. You will optimize GPU clusters, implement multi-tenant isolation, and automate bare-metal provisioning within Bitdeer’s cloud-native platform.

You will collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring, shaping the platform’s reliability and scalability while driving incident response, SLOs, and performance improvements across a rapidly growing global team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Kubernetes operations with GPU workloads
• Deep understanding of Nvidia GPU operator and GPU scheduling
• Experience with multi-tenant platforms and isolation
• Hands-on with bare-metal provisioning automation
• Proficient in Terraform, Helm, and GitOps workflows
• Strong SRE background incl. incident mgmt and SLOs

Responsibilities

• Operate production Kubernetes clusters optimized for GPU workloads
• Manage Nvidia GPU operator, device plugins, MIG and scheduling
• Implement topology-aware placement and network affinity
• Develop CRDs for GPU workload lifecycle
• Integrate AI frameworks like Kubeflow and Ray on K8S
• Maintain monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager
• Automate BMaaS provisioning and tenant onboarding
• Define SLIs/SLOs for cluster availability and latency
• Runbook-driven incident response and post-incident reviews
