Job summary

GSAFETY TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end planning, delivery and migration of security networks and cloud platforms.

You will drive Day 1 implementation and Day 2 managed services, coordinating with engineering, security, and client teams. Responsibilities include governance, SOW and design document creation, pre-sales support, and ongoing BAU operations, with a focus on risk mitigation, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement across

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or IT.
7-10 years in IT service delivery, managed services or cloud infrastructure.
Contractual leadership experience as lead/project manager.
Strong understanding of security concepts and cloud environments (Azure).
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service reporting.

Responsibilities

Day 1: project planning, delivery and rollout of security systems and cloud migrations.
Day 2: BAU operations, monitoring, incident handling, and service requests.
Transition, change management and continuous service improvement.
Stakeholder, partner and team leadership with clear escalation paths.
