Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of industrial experience relating to healthcare; a nurse with healthcare tech experience is an advantage.
• Meticulous in administration works, especially handling procurement documents.
• Possess good IT skills (Microsoft Office 365), process automation, recordkeeping, and maintenance schedule preparation; proficient in data analytics and Power BI.

Responsibilities

[What the role is]

2. Carry out basic maintenance, servicing and repairs of tools, equipment and machines in laboratories and simulation centre.

3. Responsible for the day-to-day operations and the upkeep of laboratories including equipment maintenance, preparation, media and chemical preparation and cleaning of equipment at laboratories and simulation.

4. Procure essential material/ tools/ equipment for training lessons.

5. Preparing and following a general maintenance schedule and follow ups.

6. Provide technical support to teaching staff.

[What we are looking for]

1. At least 3 years of industrial experience relating to healthcare. A nurse with experience in healthcare technology will be an advantage.

2. Meticulous in administration works, particularly in handling procurement documents.

Possess good IT skills (Microsoft Office 365), process automation, working knowledge of recordkeeping and preparing maintenance schedules. Proficient in data analytics and Power BI will be an advantage.
