Job summary

Bayes Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior professional to lead technical documentation and coordination across large architectural projects. You will own the production and quality of drawings, ensuring compliance and alignment with project leadership.

You will resolve cross-discipline coordination challenges, manage authority submissions with regulators, drive BIM (Revit) workflows, and mentor colleagues to raise delivery standards across the group.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architectural, Civil, or related Design Discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in an Architectural or Professional Engineering Consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of Corenet submission and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production and quality of technical drawings and documentation across large, complex architectural projects.
• Resolve cross-discipline technical issues to ensure documentation stays consistent and compliant.
• Manage authority submission packages and liaise with regulators on technical queries.
• Support and drive BIM (Revit) workflows and integrate digital tools into project delivery.
• Mentor colleagues to raise technical delivery standards across the group.
