Job summary

Xin Zhong Sheng Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Technical Manager (Electrical Systems & Project Development) to lead the electrical and M&E business development, provide technical direction, and oversee project delivery for commercial and industrial schemes.

You will identify new opportunities, meet clients and consultants, prepare proposals and cost estimates, and ensure safety and quality standards across projects, coordinating with subcontractors and site teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical, instrumentation or industrial engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, PLC, instrumentation and commissioning.
• Experience in project management, technical coordination and client liaison.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
