Job summary

Hcl Comnet is seeking an experienced Java Microservices Developer to design and implement large distributed systems. The role requires deep expertise in SOA, microservices, REST and SOAP services, and cloud-native patterns.

You will lead development, ensure security and performance, define best practices, work with SMEs, and help migrate to scalable microservice architectures using Spring Boot, AKS, and Azure Open Service Mesh.

Qualifications

7+ years of technical experience in backend development and system integration.
Strong hands-on Java/J2EE with Spring Boot knowledge.
Deep knowledge of SOA, microservices architecture and REST/SOAP services.
Experience with Java fundamentals, Java 8+, Spring, testing (JUnit, Cucumber).
Hands-on with design patterns and clean code.
Experience with middleware/messaging (MQ, JMS, Kafka).
Experience in Spring Cloud and Azure AKS.
Experience in API management concepts and Swagger specs.

Responsibilities

Develop large distributed systems with microservices.
Understand Application, Infrastructure and security architectures and non-functional aspects.
Translate requirements to design and define best practices.
Collaborate with SMEs to meet requirements and build accelerators.
Evaluate technologies to optimize cost, portability, and usability.
Highlight design risks and propose quality solutions.
