Responsibilities

• Conduct application research to uncover value propositions for protein isolates, peptides, pea fibers, and pea starches.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between manufacturing and commercial teams.
• Provide on-site trials, troubleshooting at customer facilities, or remote recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales to design and deliver customer-centric solutions and presentations.
• Develop innovative recipes and product concepts aligned with market trends.
• Lead ingredient reviews, prototype prep for exhibitions and workshops.
• Ensure test data is well-documented and reported to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with sample team to manage sampling protocols.
• Support marketing with technical inputs for social media content.
• Assist in other projects as necessary.
