Job summary

Endowus is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own the adviser platform in Singapore, collaborating with our India hub and partner firms to ship core journeys like fund construction, onboarding, and transfers. You will drive requirements, prioritize backlogs, and ensure platform stability for advisers and clients.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of product management, ideally shipping within a cross-functional squad model.
• Strong execution discipline: you write clear specifications, coordinate engineering and design, and ship quality features on a predictable cadence.
• Regulated-domain instinct: you can operate where compliance detail is not optional, and you treat it as a design constraint.
• A clear communicator and team player who navigates ambiguity and drives well-scoped problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Own the health of the financial adviser platform: keeping it stable, closing gaps, and shipping the enhancements advisers ask for.
• Turn adviser/partner needs into clear specifications and prioritized backlogs.
• Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers through delivery, coordinating build and keeping work on track.
• Interface with distribution partners and FA firms to clarify requirements and unblock integrations.
• Validate outcomes with data analysts to ensure shipped features meet its goals.
