Qualifications

9+ years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot.
Experience building RESTful APIs and enterprise applications.
Proven technical leadership or Team Lead experience.
Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment practices.
Banking or financial services industry experience is mandatory.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
