Pints AI in Singapore is seeking a flexible Software Engineer to push enterprise AI frontiers. The role blends hands-on coding with mentoring younger developers, strategic contributions with management on product and go-to-market plans, and upholding coding standards.

Broad Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

1. Prototype Real-World AI Use Cases

• Apply Autothought to solve problems in claims, compliance, risk, onboarding, and more
• Deploy domain-tuned RAG, fine-tuned models, and secure NLP pipelines

2. Full-Stack Software Engineering

• Own the development of AI-powered internal tools (React + Express)
• Ship fast in feedback loops while balancing reliability and privacy
• Work within a secure, tightly monitored infrastructure

3. Client Collaboration

• Sit alongside business, compliance, and tech teams inside the client
• Shape requirements, validate assumptions, and ship iteratively

4. Cross-Pollinate with Pints AI’s R&D

• Stay plugged into our research team’s work on LLM orchestration, embeddings, and compression
• Contribute to internal tools and open-source libraries when off client delivery cycles
• Level up fast through mentorship, feedback, and hands‑on deployments

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
