Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field).
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
• Solid TypeScript/JS and Python experience.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.
• Lead a team and manage stakeholders and communicate with clients.
• Prototype real-world AI use cases and deploy domain-tuned RAG, fine-tuned models, and secure NLP pipelines.
• Full-stack development of AI-powered internal tools (React + Express) and collaboration with clients.
