Job summary

Kintetsu Global IT (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to translate IT Security priorities into executable initiatives and drive them to measurable outcomes.

The role requires managing technically complex cybersecurity projects and coordinating dependencies across Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, Networks, Applications and vendors. You will participate in technical discussions, understand architecture, challenge delivery plans, and ensure a sustainable security

Qualifications

• Substantial experience managing technically complex cybersecurity or technology projects in enterprise environments.
• Experience coordinating engineers, architects, operations teams, business stakeholders and vendors within matrixed organizations.
• Ability to manage technical dependencies across implementation, testing, transition and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead technically complex IT Security projects from initiation to closure.
• Translate security objectives into scope, milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Develop plans for technical implementation, migration, testing and cutover.
• Identify gaps and blockers and drive resolution.
• Track delivery against milestones and outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-project dependencies and resources.
• Engage vendors and partners against deliverables and criteria.
• Ensure smooth transition to operations with proper handover.
