Job summary

KWE-APLL TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks a Technical Project Manager - IT Security to translate IT Security priorities into executable initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.

The role coordinates across Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, Networks, Applications, Corporate IT, regional IT, and external vendors to deliver secure, tested solutions. The candidate will lead planning, dependency management, risk oversight and operational handover, ensuring architecture considerations and security

Qualifications

• Substantial experience managing technically complex cybersecurity or technology projects.
• Experience coordinating engineers, architects, operations teams, stakeholders and vendors.
• Ability to manage dependencies across implementation, testing and operations.
• Educational background in technology, engineering or cybersecurity, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead technically complex IT Security projects from initiation to closure and delivery.
• Translate security objectives into clear scope, workstreams, milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Develop realistic project plans covering implementation, integration, testing and transition.
• Identify blockers early and escalate to drive resolution.
• Coordinate vendors and internal teams, manage cross-project dependencies and risks.
