is seeking an energetic admin/support professional to support the Facilities Management team, coordinating with Helpdesk and updating records across IT systems to ensure compliance. Key duties include developing and approving technological operations and software solutions, reviewing and improving software infrastructure, and assessing future tech needs to drive efficiency.

Provide general administration support and advice to the Facilities Management team, liaising with the Helpdesk Team as required
Update documentation and records using a range of IT systems to ensure information and data is maintained and updated to reflect compliance
Develop and approve all technological operations and software solution
Review and improve company software and technological infrastructure
Assess company short and long term technological and software needs
Design and implement data protection processes
Streamline company processes efficiently to reduce cost and increase profit
Monitor budgets and key performance indicators
Make decision to align with company short- and long-term goals
Improve business processes, solutions, and products through technological and software solution
Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standard
