Job summary

CAMARINE SUPERVISION PTE. LTD. invites an experienced Senior Technical Engineer to join a technical team supporting major LNG and energy infrastructure projects in Singapore.

The role begins with a Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) project on a short-term basis, with potential for a long-term position based on project development and FID. The successful candidate will work across multidisciplinary engineering activities and international projects, with expected international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with a classification society, engineering consultancy, EPC contractor, technical service provider or energy infrastructure developer.
• Experience in LNG/Natural Gas, Offshore & Marine, Petrochemical, Energy Infrastructure or Oil & Gas sectors.
• Experience in technical safety, risk management or regulatory compliance is desirable.
• Strong technical and analytical capabilities across multidisciplinary engineering environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support projects covering LNG regasification, FSRUs and offshore/onshore facilities.
• Contribute to electrical, instrumentation, control and automation engineering tasks.
• Participate in technical safety, risk assessments and regulatory compliance reviews.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities and technical reviews.
• Interface with clients, suppliers and regulatory bodies.

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Technical Engineerto join a technical team supporting major LNG and energy infrastructure projects in Singapore. The position will initially support aFront-End Engineering Design (FEED) projecton a short-term basis, with the potential to transition into a long-term permanent position subject to project development and final investment decision (FID).

This is a technical role with opportunities to work across multidisciplinary engineering activities and international projects.International travel should be expected.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

The successful candidate may be involved in projects covering:

• Floating Storage and Regasification Units (FSRUs)
• LNG regasification and cryogenic systems
• Onshore Receiving Facilities (ORF)
• High-pressure gas export systems
• Jetty structures and associated pipeline systems
• Utility and supporting infrastructure
• Safety systems
• Electrical systems
• Automation and control systems
• Technical safety, risk management and regulatory compliance
• Multidisciplinary engineering coordination and technical reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Process Engineering, Marine Engineering or other relevant engineering or technology disciplines
• Preferably10+ years of relevant industry experience
• Experience with aclassification society, engineering consultancy, EPC contractor, technical service provider or energy infrastructure developer
• Experience in either; LNG / Natural Gas, Offshore & Marine, Petrochemical, Energy Infrastructure or Oil & Gas sector
• Experience intechnical safety, risk management or regulatory complianceis highly desirable
• Strong technical and analytical capabilities with the ability to work across multidisciplinary engineering environments
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
