Job summary

Randstad Singapore seeks a senior technology portfolio leader to define and execute the multi-year roadmap for a critical enterprise application portfolio across regional locations. You will prioritize the portfolio backlog with executives, balance feature delivery, debt mitigation, and compliance, and align across software, architecture, infra, cybersecurity, and vendor partners to streamline delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of relevant experience across application delivery, technology product ownership, or digital transformation.
• Insurance experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale application portfolios and steering complex multi-team software engineering environments.
• Solid track record in application modernization, platform consolidation.
