Job summary

Aedas Singapore seeks a senior architect to lead design and delivery across project stages, from concept to completion, while coordinating teams and client interfaces. You will direct technical documentation, engage clients and consultants, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications.
• 10–15 years of experience in design development, team management and client interface.
• Ability to self-develop and build colleagues to enhance team potential.
• Experience in mixed-use and infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
• Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA) will be an advantage.
• Other professional certifications such as GMP or GMFP will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery across project stages from concept to completion.
• Manage and coordinate design teams, resources, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Review, direct and prepare technical documentation, including drawings and specifications.
• Engage with clients and consultants for project execution.
• Supports project deliverables for statutory submission and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and support junior team members in their professional growth.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong design leadership and awareness of design principles, project objectives and industry best practices.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge, including statutory controls and contract documentation.
• Skilled in project planning, team coordination, and documentation delivery.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and client-facing capabilities.
• Informed on digital workflows, environmental sustainability, and industry innovation.
