Job summary

Aedas Pte Ltd, based in Singapore, seeks an experienced professional to lead technical coordination for assigned projects. You will guide team members through detailed documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory processes, delivering high-quality construction documentation and coordinated delivery across disciplines.

Responsibilities include preparing drawings, reviewing technical documentation, identifying issues, and leading QA/QC and regulatory submissions while mentoring junior staff

Key Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge in construction detailing, documentation and coordination.


• Skilled at detecting design discrepancies and resolving them independently.


• Able to lead quality control processes and mentor team members in documentation delivery.


• Ability to lead technical coordination and resolve project issues.


• Able to apply digital delivery tool as part of project delivery.


• Strong understanding of submission processes and regulatory requirements.
