Job summary

Lead8 Hong Kong Limited in Singapore is seeking a Technical Coordinator to liaise with clients and consultants on architectural projects. You will prepare technical design proposals, oversee drawing packages, and coordinate between design teams across Asia Pacific.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in architecture, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and strong English communication. Some travel across the Asia Pacific region is expected, and you will be mentored to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.
• Willingness to travel across Asia Pacific; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and consultants on project issues.
• Participate in project meetings with client’s project manager.
• Oversee and create drawing packages.
• Prepare technical design proposals using REVIT/CAD.
• Lead detailed design and coordinate information.
• Coordinate between design team and consultants.
• Develop project design, research problems and propose solutions.
• Develop specifications, material selection and construction criteria.
• Develop schedules and undertake stage inspections.
• Attend Client/ Consultant meetings and be mentored.

Technical Coordinator

Responsible for liaising with clients and consultants on projects issues. Liaise with the client’s project manager and contribute to project meetings. Participate in internal team meetings to ensure project priorities are balanced with resources availability. Oversee and create drawing packages.

• You will get involved in projects across Asia Pacific
• You will prepare and present technical design proposals using REVIT/CAD techniques and drawings.
• You will lead the detailed design process and coordinate detailed design information.
• You will manage the coordination between the design team and associated professional consultants.
• You will Assist in developing project design, research problems and produce, develop and advise innovative solutions.
• You will produce, analyze and advise on specifications, materials selection and detailed design solutions in relation to performance and construction criteria.
• You will develop schedules and undertaking stage inspections.
• You will attend Client Consultant/Technical Coordination meetings.
• You will be mentored, coached and trained to ensure your career success

What You Will Need…

• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in Architecture
• A strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other graphic presentation software
• Confident communication and presentation skills
• A willingness to travel across Asia Pacific
• Fluent communication skills in English
