LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to lead onboarding and integration of ThreatMetrix Dynamic Decision Platform (DDP) products. You will serve as a subject matter expert in digital identity, device intelligence, and behavioral biometrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable fraud detection solutions.

You will translate business requirements into technical configurations, guide clients through implementation, and support go-live activities

Qualifications

• Prior experience in software engineering or mobile application development (native or hybrid).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and evaluation skills.
• Strong consulting and client management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, and mobile SDKs (iOS/Android).
• Knowledge in SQL, Python, or other data analytics capabilities.
• At least 2+ years of experience in solution implementation for enterprise clients.
• Fluency in Mandarin preferred.

Responsabilités

• Client Engagement & Solution Design: act as a trusted technical advisor during onboarding and implementation of ThreatMetrix; translate business requirements into scalable fraud detection rules and integration plans.
• Technical Integration & Support: lead the implementation of DDP and supporting product SDKs, APIs, and policy configurations across web and mobile; troubleshoot and go-live activities.
• Platform Configuration: configure custom rules and decisioning logic in the ThreatMetrix policy engine.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with fraud strategy, risk teams, product, and pre-sales to align configurations with business goals.
