SEDHA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a Technical Business Analyst to support enterprise data services, system integrations and customer-facing platforms.

You will analyze requirements, ensure data integrity across systems and collaborate with vendors to deliver solutions. The role requires strong business analysis with technical knowledge of Oracle databases, data replication, APIs and enterprise architectures.

Formación

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Application Support, Integration Services or Enterprise Data Platforms.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement and solution analysis.
• Good understanding of Oracle databases, data structures, SQL queries and database concepts.
• Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, deployment activities and production support.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, API authentication methods and enterprise integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Oracle GoldenGate (OGG), data replication technologies or change data capture solutions.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Git or similar collaboration and delivery tools.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with AWS, Government Cloud or integration middleware will be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

About the Role

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing enterprise data services, system integrations and customer-facing digital platforms.

A significant part of the role involves supporting enterprise data replication and data exchange services that enable the reliable flow of operational data across multiple systems and platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders, application teams, database administrators, infrastructure engineers and vendors to ensure the integrity, availability and timely delivery of data across interconnected systems.

The role requires strong business analysis capabilities, coupled with technical knowledge of Oracle databases, data replication technologies, APIs, systemintegrations and enterprise application architectures. You will be involved in requirements analysis, impact assessments, solution delivery, testing, production support and platform modernisation initiatives.

We are looking for individuals who are analytical, technically inclined and proactive. You should be comfortable working across business, application, database and integration layers, navigating complex system dependencies and driving technical investigations through to resolution.

Job Description

Business Analysis & Solution Design

You will engage stakeholders to understand business objectives, operationalrequirements and customer needs, and translate them into clear business, functional and technical requirements.

You will perform impact assessments, analyse business processes, document user stories and acceptance criteria, and review solution designs to ensure proposed solutions meet business, operational and technical objectives.

You will work closely with technical teams and vendors to ensure requirements are accurately interpreted and effectively implemented.

Data Replication & Integration Services

You will support enterprise data replication and data exchange services that facilitate the movement of data across multiple source and consuming systems.

You will analyse replication requirements, review source and target data structures, identify dependencies and assess the impact of system, application and database changes on existing data flows.

You will work closely with database administrators and vendors to support replication technologies such as Oracle GoldenGate, troubleshoot replication issues, investigate data discrepancies and ensure data consistency across systems.

You will also support the onboarding of new data integrations, review interface specifications, validate data mappings and facilitate end-to-end testing of data exchange services.

Platform Enhancement & Modernisation

You will contribute to the enhancement and modernisation of enterprise platforms and digital services by identifying opportunities to improve system capabilities, scalability, resilience and operational efficiency.

You will evaluate solution options, support technical assessments and participate in initiatives involving application modernisation, integration improvements, cloud adoption and service optimisation.

Testing & Release Management

You will coordinate SIT, UAT, integration testing and production verification activities.

You will develop test scenarios, validate business requirements and ensure solutions are thoroughly assessed before implementation.

You will support deployment planning, implementation activities and post-deployment validation.

Production Support & Operational Excellence

You will support production operations across enterprise applications, integration services and data platforms.

You will investigate incidents, perform impact assessments, facilitate root cause analysis and coordinate resolution efforts across technical teams and vendors.

You will identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities to strengthen service reliability, operational resilience and data quality.

Security, Compliance & Governance

You will support audits, security reviews, vulnerability remediation activities and compliance assessments.

You will work with application, infrastructure and security teams to ensure systems comply with government ICT policies, security standards and operational requirements.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

You will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, vendors and technical teams.

You will facilitate discussions, coordinate delivery activities, manage risks and issues, and ensure successful implementation of technology solutions.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

You will maintain business requirements, solution specifications, integration documentation, operational procedures and support guides.

You will ensure documentation remains complete, accurate and current to support ongoing support and maintenance activities.

Additional Job Description

The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex business and technical problems across interconnected enterprise systems. You are comfortable analysing system dependencies, understanding data flows and integrations, and investigating issues spanning applications, databases, APIs and infrastructure layers.

You possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and are able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are confident working with database administrators, developers, infrastructure engineers and vendors to drive issues to resolution.

Experience supporting enterprise data platforms, Oracle databases, Oracle Golden Gate replication environments, data exchanges, system integrations or large-scale production support environments will be highly advantageous.

Experience supporting customer-facing digital services or working within a government technology environment will be an added advantage.

Requirements

• Experience supporting technology audits and penetration tests, including gathering evidence, responding to audit queries, and coordinating with relevant technical teams.
• Experience with data migration, reconciliation, validation and data quality management.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles, vulnerability management and secure application delivery practices.
• Understanding of the container lifecycle and Kubernetes-based application environments, including image management, deployment, configuration, release, and promotion across environments.
• Understanding of network and infrastructure components, including servers, firewalls, reverse proxies, load balancers, DNS, ports, protocols, and connectivity.
• Understanding of RHEL-based operating systems, including basic system administration, configuration, log analysis, file management, and troubleshooting.
