Job summary

Arcadis Global Asia PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Architect to lead architectural design and technical delivery for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing projects in Singapore.

The role requires ownership of the architectural scope from concept to construction with emphasis on quality, safety, and sustainability, and collaboration across EPCM teams. The candidate should have 8+ years of delivery experience in relevant sectors, strong BIM/Revit proficiency, and working knowledge of AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology (or equivalent).
• Proven experience (typically 8+ years) delivering projects in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or complex industrial sectors.
• Strong ability to lead architectural scope and coordinate across multidisciplinary EPCM teams.
• Demonstrated experience delivering technically complex buildings from concept through construction.
• High proficiency in BIM/Revit (essential along with working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks).

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the architectural design and technical delivery across semiconductor and advanced manufacturing projects.
• Take ownership of architectural scope, delivering from concept through to construction with a focus on quality, safety, and sustainability outcomes.
• Coordinate closely with process, mechanical, electrical, structural, and automation disciplines to deliver fully integrated, safe, and efficient facilities.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting a culture of technical excellence, safety awareness, and sustainable thinking.
