Job summary

TecheMerge Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack .NET Architect to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using React.js, ASP.NET Core, C#, and microservices.

The ideal candidate will lead technical delivery, mentor engineers, build secure APIs, modernize legacy systems, and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams. Experience with AI-assisted tools, SDD, and TDD is highly desirable.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack .NET Architect with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications using React.js, ASP.NET Core, C#, and microservices architecture.

The ideal candidate should have experience delivering end-to-end software solutions, building secure RESTful APIs, implementing workflow automation, and modernizing legacy applications. The candidate should demonstrate technical leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams.

Experience with AI-assisted software development tools, Spec-Driven Development (SDD), and Test-Driven Development (TDD) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 1. Software Development & Architecture
   • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React.js, ASP.NET Core, and C#.
   • Build secure RESTful APIs and microservices supporting enterprise-scale business operations.
   • Design and implement end-to-end workflows covering application, approval, renewal, and compliance monitoring.
   • Develop reusable frontend components and maintainable backend services.
   • Modernize legacy applications by migrating monolithic systems to microservices architecture.
   • Optimize API performance, database queries, and application responsiveness.
2. 2. Technical Leadership & Collaboration
   • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, designers, and engineering teams to define technical solutions.
   • Translate business and operational requirements into scalable software capabilities.
   • Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and solution planning.
   • Mentor junior developers and interns, promoting engineering best practices.
   • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and software development principles.
3. 3. AI-Assisted & Modern Development Practices
   • Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code to accelerate software development.
   • Apply Spec-Driven Development (SDD) practices to improve requirement clarity and implementation quality.
   • Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing strategies.
   • Identify opportunities to improve engineering productivity through AI-powered development workflows.
4. 4. Testing, Quality & Production Support:
   • Develop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
   • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
   • Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
   • Monitor application performance and resolve technical bottlenecks.
   • Deliver production fixes within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
5. 5. Agile Delivery:
   • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
   • Estimate development efforts and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features within agreed timelines.
   • Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes.
   • Strong experience in enterprise application development using the Microsoft technology stack.
