Job summary

ELLIOTT MOSS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Software Engineer with hands-on experience in .NET application development and backend engineering for enterprise delivery in Singapore.

You will design, develop, enhance, test, implement, and maintain enterprise applications, with a focus on C#, .NET technologies, database development, API integration, and the full SDLC. You will collaborate with technical teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in application software development and delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Good understanding of backend application development and enterprise application development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL queries, stored procedures, and database management.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• 1. Application Development & Delivery: Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into application designs and program code.
• 2. Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET MVC.

• 9. Perform application maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• 10. Maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable security and development standards.
• 3. Team Collaboration & Technical Delivery: Work closely with Team Leads and Architects to ensure solutions align with established architecture and design standards.
• 4. Participate in requirements gathering and collaborate with Business Analysts to refine functional specifications.
• 5. Participate in peer code and design reviews to improve overall project quality.
