Job summary

Maestro HR is seeking a Technical Analyst in Singapore to support system implementation, technical analysis, troubleshooting, and cross-domain collaboration. The role requires understanding end-to-end system architecture, investigating complex issues, and contributing to improvements in quality, maintainability, and operational stability.

The candidate will engage in feature implementation, defect fixes, testing, and code reviews, working with frontend, backend, and supporting components.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Java, JavaScript or Node.js for enterprise apps.
• Experience building scalable, maintainable software.
• Solid knowledge of software engineering principles and design patterns.
• Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with REST APIs and service integrations.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to understand complex architectures and system interactions.
• Effective technical writing and documentation skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with messaging platforms like Solace or Kafka.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of frontend, backend, and supporting components for stability.
• Participate in feature implementations, enhancements, defect fixes, testing, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with development teams to analyze system behavior and dependencies.
• Investigate issues by tracing requests across microservices to find root causes.
• Perform root cause analysis for production and development issues; analyze logs and data flows.
• Provide technical recommendations to improve performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, APIs, integration docs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Review requirements to identify ambiguities, dependencies, and risks.
• Work with stakeholders to clarify functional and technical needs.
• Participate in solution discussions and impact assessments.
