Job summary

Maestro Human Resource Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Analyst to support system implementation, technical analysis, troubleshooting, and cross-domain collaboration. You will understand the end-to-end architecture, investigate complex issues, and help improve system quality and stability.

Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining components, collaborating with dev teams, tracing end-to-end flows, and producing comprehensive technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript or Node.js.
• Experience developing enterprise applications and understanding software engineering principles.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with REST APIs and service integrations.
• Good debugging, troubleshooting, and logs tracing skills.
• Strong technical writing and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of frontend, backend, and supporting components.
• Participate in feature implementation, defect fixes and testing activities.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand system behavior and dependencies.
• Investigate issues by tracing requests across microservices and components.
• Perform root cause analysis for production and development issues.
• Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, APIs, integration docs, and guides.
• Review requirements to identify ambiguities, dependencies and risks.
• Work with stakeholders to clarify functional and technical requirements.
