Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a facilities support professional to assist in the development of scopes of work for outsourced services and to help implement SOPs and risk assessments for daily operations.

The role includes budgeting support for service contracts and maintenance, aiding engineers on building services projects, and ensuring high safety standards while integrating AI-assisted tools to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITC (Higher NITEC)/NTC-2 (NITEC) in Architectural, Civil, Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
• Experience in building maintenance will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing scope of work for outsourced services.
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures and risk assessment for routine and non-routine works.
• Support the estimate of annual budgets required for service contracts, building maintenance and minor works.
• Support engineers for building services projects including civil and structural works.
• Attend daily meetings and participate in resolving operation issues.
• Carry out FMS work tasks and close PM/CM work orders promptly.
• Provide guidance and supervision to in-house contractors and service providers.
• Maintain high safety standards on all supervised work.
• Collaborate with contractors to meet performance metrics.
• Ensure learning items are completed within the time frame.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing AI-enabled enhancements.

Responsibilities And Tasks

• Assist in developing scope of work for the provision of outsourced services provided
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures and risk assessment for routine and non-routine works
• Support the estimate of annual budgets required for service contracts, building maintenance and minor works
• Support and assistance to engineers for building services project which includes civil and structural works
• Attend daily meetings on day-to-day operation issues and participate actively in resolving issues pertaining to work areas
• Carry out FMS work tasks assigned and close PM/CM work order in a timely manner
• Provide guidance and supervision to in-house contractors and service contract providers
• Ensure and maintain a high level of safety standards on all the work supervised to meet company goal in safety
• Work closely with in-house contractors and service contract providers to meet the performance metric established
• All team members are required to complete their learning items within the stipulated time frame
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one's scope of work.
