Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Diploma-qualified professional to support building maintenance initiatives, develop SOPs and risk assessments, and assist engineers on building services projects. You will participate in daily operation meetings and help ensure safety standards across service contracts.

The role emphasizes collaboration with in-house teams, contractor supervision, and applying AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITC in Architectural/Civil/Electrical/Mechanical required.
• Experience in building maintenance advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing scope of work for outsourced services.
• Assist in developing SOPs and risk assessments for routine works.
• Support the estimate of annual budgets for service contracts, building maintenance and minor works.
• Support and assistance to engineers for building services projects including civil and structural works.
• Attend daily meetings on day-to-day operation issues and participate in resolving issues pertaining to work areas.
• Carry out FMS work tasks and close PM/CM work orders in a timely manner.
• Provide guidance and supervision to in-house contractors and service contract providers.
• Ensure and maintain a high level of safety standards on all work supervised to meet company safety goals.
• Work closely with in-house contractors and service providers to meet performance metrics.
• All team members are required to complete learning items within the stipulated time frame.
• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements.

Education

Diploma/ITC (Higher NITEC)/NTC-2 (NITEC) in Architectural/Civil/Electrical/Mechanical discipline
