Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering or related discipline.
• Around 3–5 years of relevant experience in Linux systems implementation, infrastructure deployment or solution implementation for the Deployment Engineer position.
• Around 7+ years of relevant Professional Services or solution implementation experience for Senior Deployment Engineer.
• Experience in customer-facing implementation roles with software vendors, telecommunications vendors, network or cybersecurity vendors, cloud providers, system integrators or managed services.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and commission ANTlabs software platforms.
• Install, configure and administer Enterprise Linux systems (RHEL, Rocky Linux or equivalent).
• Integrate ANTlabs solutions with customer and third-party systems.
• Perform system installation, upgrades, migrations and production cutovers.
• Support FAT, SAT and UAT.
• Troubleshoot Linux, networking, virtualization and application issues.
• Prepare implementation, configuration and operational documentation.
• Work closely with customer teams, Project Managers, Product Management and Engineering.
• Senior appointments: provide technical leadership, mentor engineers and lead complex deployments.

About the Role

This is a customer-facing Professional Services role responsible for deploying and integrating ANTlabs software solutions within customer production environments.

You will work directly with customer technical teams, implementation partners and system integrators throughout the project lifecycle, from implementation and testing through commissioning and operational handover.

Singapore projects typically involve onsite implementation, while overseas projects are primarily delivered remotely from Singapore with occasional overseas travel for commissioning, production cutovers, customer training and technical escalations.

Candidates will be appointed as either aSolution Deployment Engineer orSenior Solution Deployment Engineer based on experience and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and commission ANTlabs software platforms.

• Install, configure and administer Enterprise Linux systems (Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Rocky Linux or equivalent).

• Integrate ANTlabs solutions with customer and third-party systems.

• Perform system installation, upgrades, migrations and production cutovers.

• Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Troubleshoot Linux, networking, virtualisation and application issues.

• Prepare implementation, configuration and operational documentation.

• Work closely with customer technical teams, Project Managers, Product Management and Engineering throughout project delivery.

• For senior appointments, provide technical leadership, mentor engineers and lead complex customer implementations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering or a related discipline.

• Around 3-5 years of relevant experience in Linux systems implementation, infrastructure deployment or solution implementation for Solution Deployment Engineer position.

• Around 7 or more years of relevant Professional Services or solution implementation experience, including leading complex customer deployments for Senior Solution Deployment Engineer.

• Experience working in customer-facing implementation roles will be highly regarded, particularly with: Software vendors, Telecommunications vendors, Network or cybersecurity vendors, Cloud solution providers, System integrators, Managed service providers.

Technical Skills

Experience with most of the following is preferred:

AI-Assisted Engineering (Advantageous)

Experience with any of the following will be advantageous:

• AI-assisted scripting and automation

• AI-assisted Linux administration and troubleshooting

• Technical documentation using AI tools

• OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or similar AI engineering assistants

• Applying AI to automate implementation, testing or operational workflows
