Job summary

TENTEN Partners seeks a Technology Risk Manager in Singapore to provide independent judgment on tech and cyber risks, reporting to senior stakeholders and guiding risk decisions across the enterprise.

You will assess risk exposure from cloud, platform changes, and outsourcing, and lead governance discussions with technology, compliance, and assurance teams to strengthen controls and resilience.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technology risk management within large or regulated organisations.
• Strong understanding of information security risk and technology assurance.
• Experience leading risk-focused teams or programs.
• Ability to challenge risk assessments and present clear risk insights to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with outsourcing, continuity, and cyber resilience expectations in the financial sector.

Responsibilities

• Deliver risk-based assessments of technology services and security capabilities, identifying weaknesses affecting operations or data security.
• Challenge evidence behind risk ratings, control assessments, and corrective-action plans to reflect risk boundaries.
• Evaluate risk implications of platform changes, cloud adoption, supplier dependencies, and recovery arrangements.
• Examine significant technology incidents and recurring control failures, ensuring underlying causes are understood.
• Present risk insights to senior stakeholders and governance forums, coordinating with business, technology, compliance, and assurance teams.
