Qualifications

• Effective team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Highly analytical and inquisitive, with a strong interest in the latest technology/cyber risk trends and developments.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with industry frameworks, such as NIST Cyber Security Framework, ISO/IEC27001, CIS Controls, and/or COBIT will be advantageous.
• Experience in applying AI/ML and data analytics techniques to derive insights from structured and unstructured data.
• Experience in designing dashboards, KRIs, KPIs, and executive reporting
• Proficiency in Python/R, SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collect data and perform sense‑making on risk indicators to obtain early warning signals of potential threats and vulnerabilities that may affect the technology risk posture of systemically important FIs.
• Conduct thematic reviews and/or surveys on systemically important FIs to assess their technology and cyber resilience.
• Work with internal stakeholders, other government agencies, and external partners on national‑level or cross‑sector initiatives to monitor and analyse technology risk issues affecting the systemically important FIs.
• Implement tools and platforms to enable data analytics, data visualisation, and reporting of insights.
