Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Marina One, Singapore, is seeking a Procurement Associate (IT) for a permanent full-time role. You will manage the end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, and services, negotiating with suppliers to secure best value while coordinating deliveries and ensuring compliance with policies.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of technology procurement experience and will work with Finance to resolve invoice discrepancies.

Qualifications

• MIN 3–5 years of procurement experience, with a strong focus on technology procurement (hardware, software, infrastructure).

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from purchase requisitions to purchase orders.
• Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers to achieve the best value, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Procure IT hardware, software, infrastructure, and technology-related services.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Coordinate delivery logistics for technology equipment and hardware shipments.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Finance to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing.
• Support regional procurement projects and reporting across APAC.
• Assist the Procurement Manager with strategic sourcing initiatives and ad hoc projects.
