Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, Tech Planning (Motoring Digital Transformation) to lead strategic planning and stakeholder engagement for large-scale digital initiatives. The role focuses on aligning policy, funding, and operational execution to modernize motoring services and the One Motoring platform.

You will work across government agencies and industry partners to drive real-time billing capabilities, data-driven dashboards, and user-centric service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public sector planning, corporate strategy, funding management, or digital transformation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling business cases and strategic plans to secure funding for transformation initiatives.
• Articulate and co-create strategic narratives across government agencies, internal teams, and industry partners.
• Collaborate with technical and policy teams to address funding, policy, and operational roadblocks while aligning with business needs and government priorities.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, reports, and briefs to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Support the design of new service models within LTA’s ecosystem and drive the next generation of motoring experiences.
• Establish risk controls, track milestones, and report progress to leadership and coordination committees.
