Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented Paralegal or Junior Legal Counsel to join our Singapore legal team.

This hands‑on role owns day‑to‑day legal operations and contract management for the office, working closely with business teams and senior management. You will prepare, review, and manage routine contracts (NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts), track signing progress, handle filings and corporate maintenance, support compliance (KYC and due diligence), and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law or related discipline; Singapore legal education preferred.
Detail-oriented, well-organised, able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Familiarity with common office software and basic AI tools.
Collaborative team player with service mindset.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and manage routine commercial contracts including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
Track contract signing progress and maintain organised legal records and templates.
Assist with company filings, corporate maintenance, and statutory compliance matters.
Support compliance workstreams including KYC and due diligence.
Provide general legal administrative and coordination support to the legal team.
Liaise with internal business teams and external counsel as required.
